Terms of Use

License

Breach Pair is licensed, not sold. Subject to these terms and Apple's applicable App Store terms, you receive a personal, limited, non-transferable license to use the app on supported Apple devices that you own or control.

Free operations and Full Campaign Unlock

Operations 01–03 are available without a purchase. The Full Campaign Unlock is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks Operations 04–16. It is not a subscription. The price and tax shown by the App Store at confirmation are the final terms of the transaction.

Payments, restoration, and refunds

Apple processes payments. An eligible non-consumable purchase can be restored through the in-app Restore Purchases control while signed in to the purchasing Apple Account. Refund requests and billing disputes are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Acceptable use

You may not redistribute, rent, sublicense, tamper with, or attempt to bypass the app's purchase entitlement, except where applicable law expressly permits such activity.

Availability

We aim to keep the app functional on supported systems, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every future operating-system release. The app is provided to the extent permitted by law without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.

These terms supplement the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If there is a conflict, mandatory law and Apple's applicable terms control.
